SOL (Spectrum of Life) is a connection app designed by neurodivergent minds, for neurodivergent hearts. Whether you’re seeking love, friendship, or simply your people - SOL is your safe, welcoming space to be your full self.  

We’re reimagining what dating and connection can look like when the masks come off. No forced small talk, no pressure to “perform.” Just authenticity, access, and a whole lot of heart.

Peta and Luke

“We wanted to reimagine dating and friendship for neurodivergent minds.”

Meet Luke & Peta
Partners in life, parenting, and purpose.

Both neurodiverse themselves and raising a neurodivergent family, they’ve lived the frustrations of trying to “fit” into a world that wasn’t built with them in mind.  

Peta brings over a decade of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals through youth mentoring, disability support, and mental health work. She’s walked beside people of all ages through some of their most vulnerable moments, and has witnessed firsthand how isolating it can be to try and find real, meaningful connection while neurodivergent.  

Luke brings his lived experience of ADHD — and his own reflections on dating, relationships, and identity in a world that often misunderstands people like him. 

Together, they dreamed up SOL — a safe, welcoming space where neurodivergent people can find love, friendship, and community without the pressure to mask or shrink themselves.

Their mission is simple: to help people feel seen, valued, and connected — exactly as they are. Because everyone deserves to find their people.
